The purpose of our support is to help you with any problems you encounter with your hosting package or on one of our servers. Not only with bugs or malfunctions, which are quite rare, but with the features and special functions of our setup.
Things like getting password protected areas working, configuring your CGIs or using some special SSI functions are the most common questions. But you can even ask for hints about perl programming or html design. Maybe you want to setup a database, our tech staff will be happy to help you.
Yes, even in a reliable service like ours there are sometimes failures. Most times our automatic and manual monitoring will notice and fix them before anybody else even noticed them. But if you should ever notice them, we would be real happy if you inform us. 
Just feel free to ask any question, no matter how strange, complicate or trivial it may be. Most times your problem will be fixed within the next hour, in any case within the next day.
